The tenant mix at Quai des Mar

You can find good deals. Unfortunately, there are a lot of closed shops.

Rather disappointing, many closed shops, a bit of a gloomy atmosphere... What's worse, it's the return policy of the shops: no refunds; plus, you can find cheaper online... 🤷🏻

Many shops were closed. Really not many people even for a Monday.
